Bowl cutter can cut, stir and emulsify raw meat in vacuum or Nonvacuum as Need , and capacity from 40-500L as need ,prevent myoglobin, fat and other nutritional
components in raw meat from being oxidized and destroyed, thus keeping the original color, smell, taste and
various nutritional components to the maximum extent. By cutting, the fine density and affinity with water of the
product are improved, and the elasticity of the product is improved.

 

The meat cutting machine materials chopped by the vacuum chopper can improve the yield, reduce bubbles,
enhance elasticity,fine texture, fully extract protein, fully combine the materials with auxiliary materials,
achieve good emulsification effect and ensure product quality.
